Wondering how returns work, or what happens if something isn’t quite right?


We’ve made our delivery and returns process as simple and transparent as possible. Here’s everything you need to know.

How Standard Delivery Works

Each item is carefully packed and dispatched within 1–3 working days.

Once shipped, delivery usually takes 2–4 working days via Royal Mail or courier.

We currently deliver anywhere in mainland UK, excluding Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, and PO Box addresses.

If an order is placed for an address we can’t deliver to, we’ll get in touch right away and issue a full refund.

Our Returns Policy

We hope you’ll love your Precious Panda purchase, but if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

Please make sure to read the below before starting a return.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following items are non-returnable (unless faulty):

  • Personalised or custom-made items (e.g. with names, initials, or custom colours)
  • Earrings or other pierced jewellery (for hygiene reasons)
  • Food, drink, or consumable gifts (e.g. soaps, creams)
  • Opened or used items that are no longer in resaleable condition
  • Sale or clearance items, unless damaged or defective

Preparing Your Return

If your return has been approved:

  • Please send the item in its original packaging and condition.
  • Include all branded boxes, dust bags, or product tags (if applicable).
  • Fragile items (like glass or ceramics) must be repacked securely using their original protective materials.

Items returned damaged, used, or without their original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

How to Return an Item

If You’ve Changed Your Mind

You may return eligible products within 30 days of receiving them.

  • Contact us at sales@preciouspandagiftshop.com within 14 days of receipt to request a return.
  • You’ll then have another 14 days to send the item back to us.
  • Return postage is your responsibility (we recommend using a tracked service).
  • Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are processed within 14 days back to your original payment method.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

If You’ve Received a Faulty, Broken, or Incorrect Item

We’re so sorry if this happens — we want to make it right quickly.

  • Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at sales@preciouspandagiftshop.com
  • Include your order number, a short description of the issue, and a photo of the item.
  • Once approved, please post back your item, sending us proof of postage and we will cover all return postage costs.

You can choose a refund or replacement.
Refunds are issued within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.
